• TheRockinR cannot fix problems with your Wi-Fi, connection, or signal. This problem must be addressed internally at the hospital (i.e., with your IT department).
• The login details and password for your Microsoft or Nintendo Account are in the A5 plastic information wallet included with every Gaming Cart. Please get in touch with us if you require a security code.

Please note that we do not provide Technical Support to parents or patients, and we reserve the right to refuse support for safeguarding purposes. All requests for support must come via NHS Staff.
