People of all ages can enjoy Medical Gaming Carts. However, TheRockinR only provides age-appropriate games, the highest age rating being PEGI 12. We don’t personally install 18-rated games as we can never be sure if children will spectate or play on the Gaming Cart, and we do not want to cause offence to others
18-rated content can often contain mature themes of very strong violence, strong language and elements of explicit sex and drug misuse.
If 18-rated games are in high demand, the decision to supply them will be at the hospital’s discretion and safeguarding policies. Purchasing games from the Microsoft Store and downloading them to the Gaming Cart is possible, but this requires a strong, stable internet connection and must be done by the hospital.
